This powder coating production line is specifically designed for automobile oil filter housings manufactured from galvanized steel sheet. The system adopts fully automatic powder spraying, ensuring high efficiency and consistent coating quality.
The spray booth is constructed from PP (polypropylene), offering excellent anti-corrosion performance and durability. Workpieces are transported throughout the line by a monorail floor-mounted conveyor system, providing stable and reliable material handling.
To further enhance coating performance and operational efficiency, the line is equipped with an anti-static powder spray booth and powder recovery system, and the curing oven has been upgraded to meet optimized curing requirements.

Pretreatment Process
